Booking Information at the Nature Hotel Feriengut Darrehof

On the day of your arrival, your room or apartment will be ready for you from 17:30 onwards.

We kindly request that you vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 on the day of your departure.

Summer season: closed for 2 weeks mid-June to mid/end October - mid-September

Reception: Daily from 08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m

House bar: from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. (closed on Tuesdays)

Sauna/family sauna: Sunday to Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m

Children's/youth's room: daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m

Fitness room: daily from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m

Short-term changes possible.

Your car is also in good hands with us. Park your car comfortably in our underground car park (entrance height 1.80 to 2.20 meters, Euro 7.00 (winter 12.00) per day - mandatory, no other parking options). For larger vehicles, please contact us.

We charge EUR 20.00 per day for additional cleaning (food not included). Please bring your own blankets or baskets for your pet.

Any damage caused by your pets will be charged in full.

We recommend that you take out relevant insurance.

Rooms

For short stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the valid season price.

Apartments

For short stays of up to 5 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the valid season price.

The listed room and apartment prices do not include visitor’s tax (EUR 2.60 is paid to the tourism association per person per day for visitors born in 2006 - winter 2007).

Prices are subject to change by the tourism association.

In summer / autumn there is an infrastructure fee for the Super.Sommer.Card - EUR 5.50 per adult and day (children born 2007-2015 EUR 2.75).

When making a reservation, we ask you to send us written confirmation by fax, post or e-mail

To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit as indicated in the reservation confirmation.

For cash payments, we offer a 2% DISCOUNT off the price of your stay (except for short stays). You can also pay the full amount in advance via bank transfer to our account.

• 40% of the total agreed amount up to 1 month prior to arrival
• 70% of the total agreed amount up to 1 week prior to arrival
• 90% of the total agreed amount in the last week prior to arrival

We offer ambitious riders a package consisting of 10 riding lessons at a special rate of EUR 288.00 for Darrehof guests.

Possible in that package (depending on experience):

In addition, guests staying at the Darrehof always pay reduced riding rates.
